Job Summary
Part-Time Janitor responsible for cleaning offices, child care facilities, and other premises at Ft Jackson CDC and SSI. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying waste bins, restocking restrooms, waxing floors, cleaning windows/fixtures, following Green Cleaning processes, and ensuring security by locking/unlocking buildings. Coordinate with PM and QCM; maintain safety, environmental compliance, and quality of operations; ability to multitask and work with teams.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in Custodial/Janitorial related field
- Experience in quality control and assurance
- Experience in Health, Safety and Environmental
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Projects
- Must be able to work on secure military facilities
- Must have current valid driver’s license and clean driving record and be qualified to operate a vehicle
- Must be able to pass a DoD background check, and pass drug screening tests
