Janitor Part Time

Empty and clean all waste containers, ash trays, and sand urns. Dust image frames, charts, and wall hangings while damp-dusting ceiling diffusers, partition grilles, and ventilating louvers. Vacuum mats and carpets in workplaces, lobbies, and corridors. Hand-dust office furnishings, files, fixtures, paneling, window sills, and other flat surfaces. Wipe clean and buff metal hardware fixtures and bright work. Polish tile floors as required, damp-wipe and buff glass furnishings, and clean entry door glass on both indoor and outer surfaces. Remove stains from vertical surfaces such as doors, door frames, light switches, and dividers. Wash, clean, and sterilize all water coolers. Sweep private stairways and vacuum if carpeted. Clean building floors by sweeping and mopping. Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies in bathrooms. Perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside buildings or multiple client sites with flexibility per client specifications.
