Janitor - Part Time

Empty and clean all waste containers, ash trays, and glass furnishings. Dust image frames, charts, and wall hangings while vacuuming mats and carpets in workspaces, lobbies, and corridors. Hand dust office furnishings, buff metal hardware, and police tile floors as required. Sweep private stairways, mop building floors, and sanitize bathrooms, restocking supplies along the way. Damp wipe ceiling diffusers, partition grilles, and ventilating louvers. Remove stains from vertical surfaces and clean entry door glass indoors and out. Wash, clean, and sterilize water coolers. Perform all tasks per client specifications with on-the-job training. Schedule runs Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Weekly pay of $20.65 per hour.
