Job Summary
Conduct daily custodial duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitization, trash removal, and restocking. Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and maintain facility cleanliness. Work rotating shifts, weekends, and callouts with flexible scheduling options. Rotate or work in other NANA Villages as needed. Requires at least six months of cleaning experience, fluency in English, and the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Starting wage is $19.50/hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes
- The ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc.
- Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A valid driver's license with a 3-year driving record that is acceptable to the company's insurance carrier
