Job Summary
Mid Shift Janitor responsible for cleaning and disinfecting airport facilities, sweeping/mopping, dusting, trash removal, cleaning jet bridges, maintaining gate areas and passenger waiting spaces, and ensuring a clean, sanitary environment in Sacramento, CA. Must be able to lift 10–20 pounds, work a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift with weekends/holidays, and pass required screenings. High school diploma may be required in some locations; 18+ with reliable transportation and English proficiency. Competitive pay at $17.00 per hour with a consistent full-time schedule and opportunities for growth in a professional airport setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent may be required in some locations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a reliable telephone number for contact purposes
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Must be able to pass a required drug and alcohol screening (DOT or Non-DOT, as applicable)
