Job Summary
On-site Janitor/Custodian role at Mercy Oaks Village with Mercy Housing. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining lobby and common areas, windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming hallways and carpets, cleaning laundry room, community and conference rooms, and management offices daily. Requires coordination with maintenance staff to schedule cleaning; two years of experience preferred.
