Conduct general building cleaning and maintenance, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and stock restrooms. Clean up spills using appropriate equipment and ensure doors are locked after hours. This role reports to Rosalinda Mendez. The position is part-time with a third-shift schedule and occasional travel. Merchants Building Maintenance is a full-service, family-owned commercial cleaning company serving the Southwestern US.
