Job Summary
Janitor needed to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks across the property. Duties require adhering to safety policies and OSHA standards, using protective equipment, following a dress code, and being available for on-call duties. The role involves minor repairs and general building maintenance, with emphasis on reliability and trustworthiness.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience in grounds or janitorial work
- Must be trustworthy and dependable
- Must be able to perform light maintenance work
- General knowledge of janitorial and building maintenance a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license (noted for sites with motorized vehicles)
