Job Summary
Janitor at Living Spaces in a manufacturing/warehouse setting with primary responsibilities including cleaning floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming), windows, mirrors, and restrooms; waste removal; maintaining cleaning charts; replenishing supplies; and ensuring safety and cleanliness in accordance with company policies. Requires ability to read and interpret information, write clear statements, effective communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Typically requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years of janitorial/maintenance experience; physical ability to perform tasks and operate cleaning equipment; attention to detail and professionalism. Salary range provided: $17.40 to $23.25 per hour, with eligible overtime and standard benefits for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of maintenance or janitorial experience in a fast paced, warehouse environment
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Microsoft Office experience
