Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the Atcheson Place Lofts community by performing routine janitorial duties, sweeping, light landscaping, and snow removal. Complete tasks including mopping, window cleaning, trash removal, and carpet cleaning across bathrooms, amenities, and common areas. Assist maintenance team members with light repairs and ensure all equipment and supplies remain in proper condition. Interact positively with residents and the public to enhance community image and support resident retention. Work closely with property management to uphold a safe, attractive environment for the affordable housing community.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to read and speak English
- Must be able to follow oral and written directions
- Experience working with cleaning chemicals
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must possess insurance
- Must be physically able to climb ladders
- Must be physically able to bend
- Must be physically able to crawl into small spaces
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
Desired Qualifications
- Light knowledge of plumbing
- Light knowledge of electrical
- Light knowledge of drywall
- Light knowledge of painting
