Job Summary
Janitor responsible for keeping the workplace clean, organized, and disinfected. Duties include cleaning interiors (floors, carpets, windows, walls), vacuuming, mopping, removing trash, disinfecting desks and office tools, cleaning restrooms, replenishing supplies, cleaning windows/mirrors, and maintaining a cleaning chart. Must lift up to 50 pounds and close doors at night; safety and reliability are emphasized. This is a full-time role likely requiring night shifts with emphasis on consistent attendance and dependability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Clean interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows and walls
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors
- Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones
- Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and recycling containers
- Follow safety and precaution rules
- Close doors at the end of the night shift
