Job Summary
Janitor role (Full-Time) providing routine cleaning of medical/office facilities across multiple sites in Bellevue and Redmond, WA. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, waste handling, restocking supplies, setting up/clearing meeting rooms, coordinating with maintenance, reporting repairs, and following safety protocols and infection-control practices. Requires reliability, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and physical stamina for lifting and standing; background checks may be conducted. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–1:30 AM. Travel between four sites in the area with on-site, in-person duties.
Required Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of infection control practices
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Physical stamina to lift/bend/stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work day and evening shifts
