Job Summary
Clean and service client properties to maintain them in optimal condition, assisting patrons or customers in a friendly and engaging manner when requested. Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery including scrubbers, pressure washers, and carpet extractors while climbing ladders and working in diverse environments such as cold weather, rain, snow, or heat. Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, performing repetitive tasks like grabbing, twisting, bending, and reaching overhead. Requires high school diploma, effective communication skills, and knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Full-time role at $16/hour with background investigation and drug screen requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
