Job Summary
Maintain an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for clients, employees, staff, and public while minimizing property damage, loss, and liability exposure. Perform all duties in a safe and productive manner following OSHA standards. Fulfill contractual requirements by working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM to meet Government and/or Commercial Contract Specifications. Complete federal background screenings as a condition of employment, ensuring no felony convictions. This position requires proper medical documentation to prove a disability, as stipulated by the specific contract being serviced.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must NOT have any felony convictions
- Must be able to pass a federal background check for Federal buildings
- Must be able to fill this position with a person having a disability which can be proven with proper, medical documentation
