Job Summary
Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and production support spaces, following approved procedures and GMP requirements. Properly handle and store cleaning supplies and equipment while documenting all cleaning activities as required. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or unusual conditions promptly and support special cleaning needs such as spill response, inspections, and shutdowns. Work respectfully with Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities teams while adhering to site safety, hygiene, and PPE rules. This role supports a pharmaceutical organization focused on delivering high-quality, affordable drug products through disciplined execution and strong internal collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions (English prefered)
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Comfort performing routine, physical, and repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and care in completing work
- Willingness to follow safety, hygiene, and site rules
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment safely
- Ability to work around manufacturing and office environments
- Compliance with PPE, safety, and hygiene requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities cleaning roles
- Experience working in regulated, industrial, or GMP environments
- Familiarity with cleaning logs or documentation
