Job Summary
Maintains premises, restrooms, and working areas of the offices within the petroleum refinery and follows all safety protocols to ensure all office buildings are in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities include floor care (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, spot-cleaning carpets), dusting and disinfecting equipment/furniture/fixtures, removing trash, sanitizing restrooms daily, cleaning windows in conference rooms and management offices, restocking supplies, and other duties as assigned. Requires a valid driver’s license, completion of an 8-hour safety course, and participation in drug testing; TWIC card eligibility within 30 days; basic knowledge of cleaning products; ability to follow written/verbal instructions, adhere to safety requirements, and perform physical labor.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- 8-hour safety course through 3 Rivers
- Federal regulated drug test and participate in monthly drug test program
- TWIC Card or must be able to obtain within the first 30 days
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions
- Ability to perform the physical labor necessary
