Janitor

Maintain a clean, sanitary environment throughout the facility by cleaning resident rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and grounds according to assigned schedules and established procedures. Perform minor maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, repainting rooms, and installing shelves while adhering to universal precautions and infection control protocols. Report hazards such as broken flooring or loose handrails to the Maintenance Supervisor or Administrator and notify managers of major repair needs. Work full-time AM or PM shifts, ensuring all supplies are stored safely and tools remain in working order.
