Janitor

Janitor position responsible for performing all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned area inside a building or multiple client sites. Responsibilities include maintaining and cleaning floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming), using chemical cleaners and power equipment safely, cleaning restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas, trash disposal, cleaning windows/glass partitions, carpet spot cleaning and shampooing, replenishing paper products and sanitary supplies, following housekeeping schedules, and operating heavy cleaning equipment as needed. Requires adherence to cleaning procedures, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions; on-the-job training provided. Preferred extras include prior janitorial experience and knowledge of floor care techniques.
