Job Summary
Custodian and maintenance role for St. Peter Indian Mission School. Responsible for custodial tasks and semi-skilled building maintenance including cleaning duties, floor care with machines, window and restroom cleaning, and occasional setup for multipurpose spaces. Requires knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting, plus safe work practices. Must pass fingerprint background checks, obtain AZ IVP card, and maintain CPR and First Aid certifications. Training within 90 days is required. Flexible schedule to support parish events, with potential afternoon/evening/weekend shifts. Emphasis on reliability, independence, and cooperative working relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Must maintain current CPR and 1st Aide
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must pass fingerprint screening to obtain AZ IVP card
- High School diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience or equivalent
- Be able to pass training within first 90 days of employment
- Must have Safe Environment Training and signed the Code of Conduct
