Job Summary
Perform routine janitorial work to maintain office and commercial buildings in clean, orderly conditions. Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, and work areas; mix chemicals per safety data sheets; sweep, mop, and buff floors. Move furniture, wash walls and windows, empty waste baskets, and transport trash. Monitor grounds, mow lawns, and remove snow during inclement weather. Document completed tasks and maintain equipment. Work morning shifts Wednesday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Possess valid driver's license and maintain good driving record
- Ability to climb, bend, squat, push, lift and carry objects ranging from 10-50 pounds
- Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s)
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of prior experience working as a Janitor is preferred
