Job Summary
Perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas, including emptying waste containers, stocking restrooms, handling emergency cleanups, and removing garbage. Dust image frames, charts, and wall hangings; damp wipe ceiling air conditioning ducts, partition grilles, and ventilating units. Vacuum mats and carpets in workplaces, lobbies, and corridors; hand dust office furnishings and clean window sills. Polish metal hardware, clean tile floors, and disinfect touch points. Wash water coolers, brush stairways, and mop restroom and common area floors. Follow all safety and workers rules and regulations while maintaining a clean, orderly work area. This full-time, second-shift role requires high school education and previous janitorial experience.
