Job Summary
Conduct commercial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture, cleaning surfaces, windows, and restrooms. Remove trash can liners, transport waste to disposal areas, replenish bathroom supplies, and move equipment or tools. Dust furniture and upholstery, clean lighting fixtures and marble, and wash door panels and sills. Use iOS or Android devices for quality assurance and timekeeping applications during work hours. Maintain punctuality and follow safety procedures regarding chemicals and mechanical parts. This full or part-time role supports Triad Service Solutions' mission to exceed customer expectations in the Columbia area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of previous cleaning experience
- Willingness to work full time or part time in the Columbia area
- Ability to be consistently at work and on time
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction
- Ability to take responsibility for own actions
- Ability to keep commitments
- Ability to commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals
- Ability to complete tasks on time or notify appropriate person with an alternate plan
