Job Summary
Clean offices, meeting rooms, and all accessible spaces by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting restrooms. Refill soap dispensers, restock paper products, empty garbage, and dust surfaces including desks, chairs, and counters. Clean kitchens and sinks, following safety protocols when using chemicals. Secure storage areas, maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials, and report safety violations, injuries, or equipment repairs to the Night Janitorial Lead. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly duties while supporting special projects and quarterly work as assigned. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and at least six months of janitorial experience. A $200 sign-on bonus is awarded upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.

- Must be comfortable working at heights and able to safely climb and work from ladders
- Ability to withstand odors emitted by cleaning materials and chemicals while using proper PPE
- The successful candidate must acknowledge the risks associated with hazardous chemicals and be willing to review Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to identify hazards to determine appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) prior to use
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have proven working experience as Cleaner/Janitor
- Must be able to respond and act quickly
- Must have strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must have knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
- Must have a smart device
- Must be able to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a background check
