Janitor/Custodian

CW Resources is hiring Custodians/Janitors at Fort Irwin, CA on-site part-time evening shift (8:00pm-2:30am). No prior experience required; training provided. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, cleaning restrooms, dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning windows and doors, and returning tools after shift. The role emphasizes teamwork and following a cleaning plan with a supervisor, maintaining a clean and neat environment, and staying focused throughout the shift. Requirements include willingness to learn, ability to work with teammates and supervisor, a friendly attitude, and the ability to obtain and maintain government base access.
