Job Summary
Janitor Crew Leader at El Paso International Airport leads janitorial crew operations on-site in El Paso, TX. Responsible for assisting the contract manager to maintain high quality standards, training and motivating employees, conducting safety and quality inspections, ensuring proper staffing and scheduling, documenting corrective actions, providing on-the-job training, and conducting monthly safety trainings. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of supervisory janitorial experience, ability to train and discipline staff, strong communication skills, ability to handle schedules across multiple shifts, and ability to pass background/drug and driving screenings. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience working as a supervisor in janitorial services, preferred, or related experience
- Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
- Ability to work outside in inclement weather as needed and be exposed to various dirt, debris, and odors
- Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays
