Job Summary
Conduct evening cleaning duties from 4:45pm to 11:45pm Monday through Friday, including high dusting, restroom attending, trash removal, and using chemical cleaning solutions. Maintain floor areas by bending to pick up debris and wiping surfaces while wearing required PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and back-support. Lift and push up to 75lbs, stand or walk for 6-8 hours during patrols, and work in outside elements as necessary. Pass pre-employment criminal history and drug screening, and provide work authorization documentation. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Lifting 35-50lbs in weight
- Pushing/pulling 35-75lbs
- Standing or walking for 6-8 hours per shift (Patrol)
- Bending to pick up items from the floor or to wipe down surfaces as necessary to keep the floor area clean of debris
- Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including Safety Glasses, gloves, and back-support as directed per OSHA/MSDS
- Working in the outside elements
- Pushing/pulling up to 50lbs (on wheels) in weight
- Pass a pre-employment criminal history background check
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Confirm work authorization via Form I-9
