Job Summary
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the hotel including guest rooms and common areas. Primary duties include changing bed linens and towels, sanitizing restrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking room amenities. The role requires offering assistance to guests, resolving customer relations issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction with hotel services. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent experience, is capable of working under time constraints, possesses superior customer service skills, and can handle cleaning chemicals. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also essential.
