Janitor

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and amenity spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. Clean and sanitize elevator components, empty trash receptacles, and restock restroom supplies. Assist with room setups and breakdowns for meetings, events, and club functions. Perform spot cleaning for spills and stains, and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management. Properly use, maintain, and store cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment while adhering to safety procedures and association policies. Full-time schedule Monday through Friday and Sunday from 7am to 3pm. Pay rate is $18. Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the Delray area.
