Job Summary
Janitor responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices and common areas including bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, and public spaces. Duties include floor care (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming), trash removal, restocking and cleaning restrooms, cleaning windows and fixtures, dusting, minor repairs to building systems, operating cleaning equipment, following safety and chemical-use procedures, and moving/positioning equipment as needed. Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of handling non-routine cleaning tasks and special projects. Requires valid TWIC card and driver's license; on-site employment with no sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Certification/License - A Valid TWIC Card and Driver’s License
- Able to obtain or maintain eligibility to work in the United States
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, etc.)
