Job Summary
Empty and clean all waste containers, ash trays, and glass furnishings. Dust image frames, charts, and wall hangings while damp-wiping ceiling diffusers, partition grilles, and ventilating louvers. Vacuum mats and carpets in workplaces, lobbies, and corridors. Hand-dust office furnishings, fixtures, and window sills. Wipe and buff metal hardware, tile floors, and glass surfaces. Sweep stairways and clean, sanitize, and restock bathroom supplies. Perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside buildings or multiple client sites. Maintain flexibility to perform duties per client specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to follow written and oral directions
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial type position
