Job Summary
Conduct routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas following proper procedures. Assist with cleaning restrooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining sanitary conditions. Support the janitorial team in setting up and breaking down furniture or equipment as needed for events or maintenance. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the manager promptly. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment to ensure health and safety standards are met for all occupants.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
