Job Summary
Janitor needed to perform general cleaning and sanitizing of offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas, and public spaces. Responsibilities include routine and non-routine cleaning per job orders, exterior upkeep, trash/recycling disposal, and maintaining janitorial closets and floors (sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing). Must be detail-oriented, physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, and able to handle moving materials and climbing stairs. ITAR-work eligibility and U.S. employment verification considerations apply; federal contractor environment with standard benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- ITAR requirements: applicant must be eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and meet work eligibility
- No travel requirements exist for this position (Travel requirements: No travel)

- U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
