Job Summary
Clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize, and restock hallways, stairways, offices, food preparation areas, restrooms, and public spaces. Dust low and high areas, wipe surfaces, remove trash, and maintain clean carts and storage zones. Use appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions for all tasks, including scrubbing, stripping, extracting, waxing, and buffing floors. Assist with laundry, linen removal, distributing clean towels and sheets to patients, cleaning patient rooms, replenishing guest supplies, changing light bulbs, and performing light facility maintenance. Adhere to safety policies, wear proper PPE, and report discrepancies or damage. Requires high school diploma, six months cleaning experience, English fluency, and COVID-19 vaccination proof.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 6 months experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes
- The ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc.
- Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Background Requirement:Level One: An individual is ineligible to work in any position that has Regular Contact With or Control over Children, Dependent Adults or Vulnerable Persons if the individual has been convicted of: One or more felonies and/or two or more misdemeanors of Crimes Against Persons and/or Crimes of Violence.
