Janitor

Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas while emptying trash cans and using compactors. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; spot clean carpets and assist in extractions and shampooing. Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies, following the housekeeping schedule and procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment. Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers. Perform other duties as assigned per client specifications. On-the-job training provided for high school graduates or those with six months of janitorial experience.
