Job Summary
Sweep, mop, dust, and wax floors; empty wastebaskets; clean bathrooms and glass; and polish fixtures per custodial contract specifications. Mix cleaning solutions, maintain issued equipment, and notify the supervisor when supplies are needed. Perform snow removal from outdoor steps and sidewalks. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM at an hourly rate of $20.75. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and see color distinctions for safety. This role supports Melwood's mission to empower people with developmental disabilities.
