Job Summary
Janitor role responsible for thorough cleaning of the reception and boardroom areas; restroom cleaning and restocking; trash removal; cafeteria and coffee station cleanup including loading/unloading/running of dishwasher; vacuuming all carpeted areas; dusting and mop/damp mopping floors; window washing; maintain a clean working environment; assist with ordering and stocking of supplies; seasonal exterior maintenance (water plants, snow removal, salting); perform minor maintenance tasks (replacing lightbulbs, tending to minor plumbing issues, patching/painting); meet with vendors and contractors; ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws; embodies professional conduct and ethical practices; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks; 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM shift; equal employment opportunity statement included.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years professional cleaning experience in a large facility
- Organized, Self-Motivated, Team Player
- Mechanical aptitude
