Job Summary
Janitor for 2nd shift in an industrial manufacturing environment responsible for maintaining a safe and clean facility by performing daily trash removal, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, periodic office and locker-room cleanings, and other duties as assigned. Must operate a floor scrubber and assist with duct cleaning; capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and wearing a respirator as needed. Requires an aerial lift license and adherence to Crown Quality System; shifts may change based on staffing and production schedules. Emphasis on safety, hygiene, and housekeeping, with responsibilities spanning regular cleaning of multiple areas and responding to production demands.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- 2-4 verifiable janitorial experience preferably in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Position requires an aerial lift license (ability to obtain license)
