Job Summary
The Ramp Agent is responsible for supporting airlines by overseeing various aircraft ground handling services including ramp and baggage management. Key responsibilities include marshaling inbound aircraft, unloading and loading passenger baggage, cargo, and mail, servicing aircraft lavatories and water tanks, and ensuring a safe work environment. The role requires physical capabilities to lift up to 70 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working flexible hours. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, with effective communication skills and a professional appearance.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to speak and understand English professionally
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds in confined spaces
- Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time
- Must adhere to company grooming/uniform policy
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Requires flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift

- Must be able to relocate in the event of an emergency
