Coordinate night-time operational flow and product handling across regional facilities, ensuring smooth transit between sites from 23:00 to 8:00. Manage fleet vehicles, resolve operational deviations, and provide on-the-job training to staff. Oversee weekend operational setups and reporting, including temporary coverage for production supervisors when needed. Drive between multiple locations using a personal vehicle, requiring strong stress management and independent decision-making skills.
