Integrate into daily tasks, actively contribute ideas for pedagogical development, and participate in team meetings, supervision, and training sessions under the guidance of qualified practitioners. Maintain a long-term service plan while collaborating closely with the vocational school. This summer 2027 placement offers a monthly stipend of 500 € and provides a clear pathway to permanent employment as a care worker or a three-year vocational training as a therapeutic educator upon successful completion of the social assistant qualification.
