Jacq Bennett Consulting
$125,000–$150,000 year
Hybrid · Massachusetts, United States
Job Summary
Direct the Massachusetts Alliance for Early College's strategy and delivery efforts to scale Early College statewide, including defining actionable recommendations, building a statewide growth model with targets and levers, and driving a clear execution roadmap. Collaborate with state agencies, K–12, higher education, and partners to align priorities, synthesize complex information for executive audiences, and advance initiatives from planning through implementation. Lead cross-functional workstreams, identify risks and mitigation strategies, design and facilitate high-impact meetings with senior leaders, and ensure readiness and momentum across multiple interdependent efforts. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, requiring the ability to translate ambiguity into concrete plans, communicate persuasively to diverse stakeholders, and operate effectively between strategic thinking and detailed execution. The position is Massachusetts-based with hybrid work options (including optional co-working space in Boston) and requires regular in-state travel (approximately 2–3+ times per month). The salary range is $125,000–$150,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
