Job Summary
Bartender at a resort bar performing essential duties including mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, greeting customers, operating MICROS, handling cash and deposits, ensuring sanitation, assisting servers, maintaining inventory and waste control, monitoring intoxication levels, and acting as a lead when a supervisor is not present. Requires strong guest service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and adherence to grooming and environmental standards; education not specified but 18+ with serving experience preferred and TIPs certification encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age, as required by law
- TIPS certification preferred
- Applicant needs to be able to work in a fast paced environment and able to work varied hours to include weekends and holidays
