Jacket Operator (Weekend Shift, Nights)

Jacket Operator on the weekend night shift responsible for setting up and running the final jacketing extrusion, producing a quality product in a safe, efficient manner, and helping with process improvements. Duties include assembling jacketed products, reading simple blueprints, monitoring quality, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting minor machine issues, documenting deviations, and assisting with training of new/other employees while promoting a team atmosphere. Requires High School diploma or GED; typically 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/ extrusion environment; strong attention to detail, ability to follow written and oral instructions, and a focus on safety and quality. Location is Mount Pleasant, TX; shift is Fri–Sun with 6 p.m.–6 a.m. or 8 p.m.–8 a.m.; full-time role with no relocation requirement. Education and experience preferred in extrusion and technical training; comprehensive tooling and QA coordination, and adherence to standard operating procedures are emphasized.
