Accounting Services position responsible for billing, data entry, application of cash, and coding/keying of accounts payable invoices to support accurate financial reporting for Best Oil, LLC. Principal duties include processing invoices, credit memos, monthly customer statements; cash application and reconciliation of payments vs invoices; resolving billing discrepancies with customers; coding and payment of accounts payable; filing AR/AP records; greeting customers and visitors; answering phones and directing callers; maintaining corporate image and brand; participating in required training; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a two-year degree in Accounting or equivalent accounting experience, plus good written/verbal communication, solid computer skills, and the ability to physically perform the duties.
