Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by consistently providing excellent service, great-tasting food, and a clean environment across dine-in, drive-thru, and interior workstations. Perform one or more workstations in accordance with company procedures, systems, and standards while maintaining 20/20 guest expectations. Acknowledge and welcome guests, take and clarify orders, enter orders into the POS system, and hand-deliver orders. Ensure food safety by following all policies, hand-washing procedures, and glove protocols while maintaining high-quality presentation and temperature standards. Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including sweeping floors, cleaning dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces, as well as sanitizing dishes and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen to guests' orders
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
- Ability to speak another language based on location of restaurant
Desired Qualifications
