Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by consistently providing excellent service, great tasting food, and a clean restaurant environment. Perform one or more workstations in accordance with Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and standards, including taking orders, assembling products in the fryer, and ensuring order accuracy. Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness by sweeping floors, cleaning dining areas, restocking, and sanitizing equipment. Follow all food safety policies, hand washing procedures, and quality standards while adhering to scheduled working hours and breaks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen to guests' orders
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
- Ability to speak another language based on location of restaurant
