Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by consistently providing excellent service, great-tasting food, and a clean restaurant environment while performing one or more workstations per Jack in the Box procedures. Take and clarify orders, enter them into the POS system, collect payment, and hand-deliver accurate orders to guests. Assemble products using correct ingredients, operate fryers and timers, and ensure all food meets quality, temperature, and safety standards. Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment, while following strict food safety policies and grooming standards. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude to meet 20/20 guest expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen to guests' orders
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
Desired Qualifications
