Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by consistently providing excellent service, quality food, and a clean restaurant environment while performing one or more workstations. Acknowledge and welcome guests, take and clarify orders, enter orders into the POS system, and assemble orders with high accuracy and speed. Maintain strict food safety standards, including proper hand washing, glove procedures, and discarding expired products. Perform comprehensive cleaning duties for interior dining areas, restrooms, fryers, and exterior parking lots. Treat guests and team members with care and respect in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen to guests' orders
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
- Ability to speak another language based on location of restaurant
Desired Qualifications
