Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by consistently providing excellent service, great tasting food, and a clean restaurant environment. Perform one or more workstations including taking orders, assembling products, operating fryers, and handling cash transactions. Maintain interior, exterior, and kitchen cleanliness by sweeping floors, wiping tables, sanitizing equipment, and managing trash. Ensure food safety and quality by following all preparation standards, checking ingredients for freshness, and adhering to strict portioning and presentation protocols. Repeat orders to guests and resolve issues immediately using the three-step problem-solving process. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude and representing the brand professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen to guests' orders
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
- Ability to speak another language based on location of restaurant
