Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by training team members, coaching staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. Lead a group in delivering a great guest experience while maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment. Perform basic administrative duties that require shifting priorities to achieve excellent operational performance. Model behaviors that motivate and inspire others in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the restaurant industry
